About Us
At MEBOSA, we manufacture aluminum, stainless steel, and steel products for industrial sectors—primarily in the Aerospace, Defense, Rail Systems, Medical, and Construction industries. This is made possible by our highly skilled and competent workforce, as well as our continuously evolving machinery and technological infrastructure. Our core capabilities include: CNC laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, MIG and TIG welding, Electrostatic powder coating, Wet painting. These strengths enable us to deliver precision-engineered solutions across a wide range of industrial applications.
What We Do ?
Founded in 1976, our parent company Mesa Metal expanded its operations and machinery capacity over the years, leading to the establishment of MEBOSA in 2004 within the İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone. At MEBOSA, we specialize in sheet metal forming and welded manufacturing through computer-aided production, serving the rail systems, aerospace, defense, medical, and construction sectors. We deliver finished products using our advanced capabilities: CNC laser cutting, CNC press brake bending, Cold metal forming with press, MIG/MAG/TIG welding, Spot welding, Calibrated sanding, Threading & countersinking, Electrostatic powder coating, Wet painting. All products are delivered with documented quality assurance.
Our company also supports the automotive and white goods industries as a subcontractor in electrostatic powder coating and wet painting. Together with Mesa Metal, we operate in a total of 6,000 m² of enclosed space in the İkitelli Organized Industrial Zone.
Since 2004, we have implemented the ISO 9001 Quality Management System across all stages of production, continuously improving our processes.
In the rail systems sector, which we entered in 2010, we manufacture wagon components under the EN 3834-2 certification, supported by our certified welding team and international welding engineer.
In domestic defense manufacturing, we began contributing as a subcontractor in 2016, producing components for various land and air vehicles and military equipment, driven by our growing production capacity and quality expertise.
Leveraging our broad industry experience, we expanded into aerospace interior sheet metal component manufacturing in 2015. We closely monitor industry needs and expectations, continuously enhancing our production and quality capabilities.
In the construction sector, we produce MEBOSA-branded electrical distribution boxes, certified under TSE 60670-24, and continue to develop our offerings through design registrations and patents.
